Website Accessibility Updates

We find and fix the barriers that stop people with disabilities from using your website, in the code itself and not with an overlay widget.

What's included

What we do for you.

WCAG 2.2 AA audit

Automated scans plus manual checks, because automated tools only catch part of the problems.

Assistive technology testing

Real testing with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers.

Code fixes

Headings, labels, alt text, focus states, color contrast, forms and menus corrected in your site.

Accessible documents and media

Captions, transcripts and PDF fixes where your content needs them.

Accessibility statement

A plain statement of what you support and how people can report a problem.

Ongoing checks

Regular reviews so that new pages and updates do not bring old problems back.

How it works

How we work.

  1. Audit

Test key pages and user journeys against WCAG 2.2 AA.

  2. Report

A prioritized list of issues, in plain language.

  3. Fix

Correct the issues in your code and content.

  4. Retest

Confirm the fixes, then keep checking.

Common questions

Things people ask us.

Do you use accessibility overlay widgets?

No. Overlays do not fix the underlying code and can get in the way of the assistive technology people already use.

Which standards do you work to?

WCAG 2.2 Level AA, which is the reference most accessibility rules point to, including AODA in Ontario, the ADA in the US and the European Accessibility Act in the EU.

Will this make us legally compliant?

It reduces barriers and supports compliance, but we do not give legal advice or promise you will never receive a complaint. Your lawyer can confirm what applies to you.
