Tailored Ecommerce Solutions
An online store should fit how you sell, not force you to work around it. We plan and build ecommerce around your catalogue, pricing, stock and suppliers, then support it after launch.
The short answer
What is a tailored ecommerce solution?
A tailored ecommerce solution is an online store planned around how a particular business sells, instead of a standard setup it has to work around. It can be a configured Shopify or WooCommerce store, or a fully custom platform, connected to the stock, supplier and accounting systems the business already uses. We recommend the simplest option that does the job.
Who this is for
- Retailers and distributors with large or supplier-fed catalogues
- Businesses with customer-specific pricing, volume breaks or wholesale accounts
- Stores selling in several places that need one accurate stock count
- Teams keeping a standard platform running with manual workarounds

Common questions
Things people ask us.
Do we need a custom store, or will Shopify or WooCommerce do?
Often a standard platform will do, and we will say so. A custom platform makes sense when your pricing, stock or supplier process needs constant workarounds on a standard one.
Can you improve the store we already have?
Yes. We start by reviewing your current store and data, then tell you what can be kept, what needs work and whether a move is worth it.
Can you move our store without losing search rankings?
We carry over your products and content and redirect old addresses to the new ones, which protects existing links and rankings as far as possible. No one can guarantee rankings during a move.
Can the store connect to our suppliers and accounting?
Yes, where those systems allow it. We check them during planning and list every connection in the written scope.
Who owns the store?
You do. We agree this in writing at the start, and you get access to the code, hosting, domain and store accounts.
